We  pull the permits needed for each step of construction  at the Building  Department and then consult with the various inspectors sent to come out to see the project.

A variance is a deviation from the building code and zoning laws of a particular property.

For instance, if a person wants to build a gazebo taller than what is allowed they must apply for a variance and get permission from neighbors who can view the gazebo.

Yes  we are and we keep our licenses and insurance up to date.

We are not able to build without building permits.

We obtain  the plans from the architect or engineer and enter current costs for each item.  For example we figure out costs for the  foundation, structure, roofing , painting etc. We also confer with our subcontractors in order to do this getting estimates of their costs and materials.

If there is a change to the contract we execute a change order which is a mini contract regarding the addition.  Change orders are used for all additional work.

Yes. We have a 1 year warrantee on our projects.

Consulting can include: answering your questions, helping with permits, and watching over the  in-progress payments for subcontractors , We also can help you deal with the bank,  insurance companies and any other part of the project. We  use our  experience to help our clients throught the building process and save them  time,  stress and money.
